    There’s no summer I can remember when I wasn’t really depressed at first about the way I looked. Of course there were certain periods during the entire year when I wanted to look better in some ways, but at summer things always get worse. I feel like I’m extremely fat and even disgusting, I can’t bear to look at my image in the mirror and can’t even imagine how I’m gonna squeeze into a tight swimsuit. But I’ve been there many times and I’ve already learn that I’m more than inclined during this time of the year to subject myself to radical diets.

    Experience has taught me that these diets will not work anyway, but there are things that do work, and I’ve selected below a few of those that seemed most effective. It’s a true blessing to try losing weight during summer, because it’s much easier, since it’s hot and we will burn at lot of fat trying to decrease body temperature. You can also do this, and get the perfect body, or get as close to it as possible, with determination and just a tiny bit of help.


    How To Lose Weight Before The Summer Checklist:

    1. Lose weight barbecuing
    I’ve found that the numerous publications telling us that barbecue can make even pork meat a good weigh loss aliment are right. Barbecuing should be your main method of preparing the food, even if it means frying vegetables on it. The better you do them, the fewer calories they have.

    2. Fish Fixation
    I didn’t like fish so much at first. Even when I was a child, I hated to eat it. But I’ve seem vegetarians that eat no animal products, except fish. In my mind, this meant fish is different and must be really beneficial. And it really is. Anyone should try and replace chicken and veal meat with fish.

    3. Huge breakfasts
    Each and everyday I miss breakfast I end up eating junk food. There’s no exception to this, so eat as much as possible in the morning.

    4. Early morning sports
    I feel renewed and refreshed when going out in the morning for a jogging session. I always return happy and feel like I’ve drunk two espressos.

    5. No bag food
    All junk food or snacks comes in a bag. If I eat a bag of chips, I’m kissing goodbye several hundred calories and will still feel hungry. And they make me feel bloated and tired. We all are better off without them.

    6. No lazy vacations
    I’m often faced with a vacation choice between mountains and seaside. If you come to think about, when you are at the seaside, you could be swimming, but you’re going to simply sit there on a chair…to get a nice tan. So, better go to relax in mountain’s core, where you can climb mountains, take trips, ride bicycles…be active.

    7. Hydration is really important
    During summer, you body needs additional hydration. Drink 3 liters of water a day, because water also regulates your metabolism.

    I’ve heard of the idea of hypnosis for weight loss. The main thought that went through my mind was not pretty. I mean how to loose weight while under hypnosis? Doesn’t it seem science-fiction at first? I’m sure it seems to you the same way that I did to me…at first.

    Weight Loss HypnosisHowever, the concept seemed interesting enough to dedicate it a few more hours of research weight loss hypnosis. Bless the internet for being so generous with so much information; I think I would be lost without it, really! I didn’t encounter many difficulties in locating several hypnosis weight loss programs that claimed to deliver the start on the sky. Looking beyond the catchy headlines, I discovered interesting things about hypnosis. Please note that I haven’t tried this one myself, and I’m just talking from things I have read and deducted from various informational materials about this. I personally still think that I can not be hypnotized and I don’t thing that hypnosis is even possible, still, I am not going to deny this because I haven’t tried it.

    It seems that the process of hypnosis has something to do with brain washing. If this is real, it means that when you are under hypnosis, you can get into your head different things, including the fact that eating for example more than 1500 calories a day is wrong and not allowed. All the information gained while under hypnosis seems to be creating permanent neuronal links, which means that if we are told to do something, the will factor gets nullified. In other words, we will not question the 1500 calories and will not even think of going over them.

    Seems scary, but also helpful. I mean, if I was told to eat only healthy food and they I would end up doing without having to fight hidden needs and craves, everything would be just peachy.

    The hypnosis for weight loss programs tell us a few things we have to be induced to believe, like : eat only raw foods on Mondays, do not eat barbecue anymore, eat fish meat 5 days a week, eat only cereals and fruits at breakfast and the list goes on and on. Practically they can tell us to eat healthy, and they we will do it. In time, if we did managed to eat healthy as supposed to, we would indeed lose weight, so the programs would become efficient.

    In the end, this doesn’t seem anymore like such a bad idea. Still, I am a bit afraid of trying it. I’ve seem testimonials, I’ve seem pictures of people that claim those programs work. But there’s no way of actually taking to those persons. I would really like to find out how this really works and if it does, why stop here? I might even be able to better organize my program this way, or even improve myself in other direction…the sky is the limit. And because I feel that if hypnosis works the sky is the limit for humans, this is precisely why I have to return to my initial ideas…that this can’t be done. Otherwise, I would be surrounded by perfectly weighted persons that can behave perfectly and perform their usual tasks in a perfect way…I’m sure you understand what I mean.

    Very few of us proceed in the quest for their lost figure thinking that they will transform the healthy diet, without excesses in a permanent life style. Most of us will turn to true ordeals and will constantly resist sweet temptations only because they think that in a week or two they will have a top model waist and flawless legs.

    It’s understandable that fats deposited obliviously on the thighs, stomach or waist do not please any woman, especially because they harm both health and esthetics. The fat tissue, that gets thicker and thicker in time and manages to create a lot of stress, it’s nothing more than a natural reaction of our body – it will start depositing fats, anticipating restriction periods when it comes to diet.

    The stubborn need of loosing weight in a record time is many times conditioned by two aspects: we are either pressed to look sensational at some big event that’s coming fast or we gained weight in a short time and we can not get accustomed with our new look. A person who fought with weight problems her entire life does not expect that much from a diet over a short period of time.

    Fast does not mean efficient
    We burry ourselves in our work, we drink as much liquids as we can, if we can, we do a set of exercises unless we are too tired and we eat…almost nothing. Does this sound familiar? You could call it the drastic diet, an austerity period or just starving. One thing is clear, we want to lose weight and we want it to happen as soon as possible.

    And in this case there are two distinctive cases: she is doing supernatural efforts to lose weight, she is imposing restrictions on herself and turns her head away every time she passes a patisserie, and she manages to lose a lot of weight in a short time. A month later she is shocked to see her weight is climbing high not toward her initial weight but towards a new unknown one, that has some substantial extra ponds added. How was this possible? Our body was lacking essential nutrients that were needed for a good functioning while we tried to intensively lose weight, and therefore it has accumulated a lot more during the next period, so it can get some protection in case of future starving periods.

    Another situation, that we can encounter just as often, is the one which also imposes such restrictions and will eventually browse through food. At the end of the weight losing period she expects to lose a great number of pounds. The end will come, of course, in a week or two. When it’s time to evaluate the results, they will not be there, producing frustration and disappointment. Where did the procedure go wrong? The human body functions according to its own rules; it needs a certain number of vitamins and minerals. If you impose unrealistic goals, no matter how hard you try, you will encounter a certain failure.

    Moderation is the main principle
    If you did not have enough will or you did not realize the necessity of stopping in time from useless snaking between meals or from tasting unhealthy aliments, then you probably should’ve be expecting surprising results when it comes to losing weight in two weeks.

    When you have a real problem with weight, you should arm yourself with will and patience and to change your whole life style. It’s the only method of living healthy, of losing pounds without endangering your health and it is the only method that can keep you in shape.

    Start by keeping an equilibrated diet, with less carbohydrates and fats and more vegetables, minerals and fibers. You can practice a sport, drink lots of liquids and eat smaller portions of the permitted aliments. The results will not take long to appear, but don’t impose yourself time-related conditions. It’s good to keep a diet knowing you are doing your body a favor.

    After you’ve successfully lost weight, you will have to increase your will and patience amount because your body will tend to accumulate the lost pounds, so this means you are not allowed to eat as you did before the diet. You can continue to eat healthy, adopting a new life style, a moderated one, which will define you as a person and will only bring benefits on the long term.

    This title is probably causing you to read it again: Did I miss something here? Most materials regarding diets refer to different aspects of an alimentary program, with specific steps and restrictions as well as the small unavoidable mistakes.

    So, reading about a situation when you don’t necessarily need to keep a diet might seem very weird. But it might happen sometimes. Let’s say that no matter how many precautions you’ve taken during your vacation you still managed to accumulate a few pounds.

    Diet or Not?

    There’s no need to alarm, because in the end this is something normal. Before staring to document about diets, you’d better try to change your life style and alimentation style. You have all chances to regain your initial weight and have no trouble keeping it.

    There’s no magic in the middle and the changes we are talking about will not be radical ones. It’s simply a thing that resumes to reducing the daily calories amount with about 100. This way, in a month, it’s estimated that you will lose at least 4 pounds. And, as you certainly know already, this is one of the healthiest ways of losing weight: slowly but surely, without major restrictions that might cause metabolism deregulations.

    • One of the most important aspects is not feeling demoralized. Regaining your initial weight will be a lot easier than you think, so there’s no reason to worry.
    • Avoid drinks that contain calories like fruit juices. It’s true that they are healthy and indicated but it’s preferable to eat the fruits rather than drink them
    • Never skip breakfast. Doing this does not mean you are saving calories. In fact you are supplementing them because at lunch you will be really hungry and you will be inclined not to follow any restrictions. If you want to heave a healthy breakfast that’s not full of calories choose toast instead of white bread, boiled eggs instead of ham and a few fresh fruits instead of marmalade.
    • Don’t stay away from proteins. No matter how well you eat, if your body does not have the daily necessary protein amount, you will get hungry soon. If at lunch you choose a salad, it would be a good idea to have one with chicken bites or fish. If you make your own salad, choose a tuna can with water, not oil. Degreased dressings might not be as tasty, but are certainly preferable.
    • Always eat soup. It will not only contribute to daily hydration, but will also help you not to be hungry for a few hours and it does not contain many calories. You should have tomato soup, vegetable soup or chicken soup.
    • Don’t focus on losing weight snacks that can be found in hypermarkets. You can’t tell if all ingredients are indeed healthy. Not to mention that they efficiency is questionable, since they are not as fulfilling as they say. Unfortunately, many persons try those as a miracle potion. If you are keen on eating some, ask a nutrition specialist before doing so.
